MOU between NSIC and MSME, Democratic Republic Congo
An Agreement of Mutual Cooperation (MoU) has been entered into between NSIC and Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises, Govt. of Democratic Republic of Congo on 22nd January, 2009 at NSIC office, New Delhi, India.
During the MoU signing ceremony, H.E. Claude BAZIBUHE NYAMUGABO, Hon’ble Minister of SMEs had expressed his willingness to set up Incubator Centre in DRC at the earliest possible. It was also discussed that in order to ascertain / selection of suitable projects, a feasibility / opportunity study in DRC is required to be carried out by a team of NSIC officials. On the request of Hon’ble Minister and as per the spirit of MoU, it was decided that a team of NSIC officials would be deputed to conduct the above feasibility / opportunity study in DRC.
